We facilitate connections between service providers and commercial clients, including HOAs, condominium associations, and municipalities. Our role is to identify opportunities and facilitate bridge-building; we do not manage final contracts between parties.
2. User Responsibilities
Clients utilizing our platform to source vendors or generate leads must provide accurate business information. Service providers are responsible for maintaining all necessary professional licenses and insurance required for their specific industry (e.g., landscaping, pest control, arboriculture) in the state of Florida.
3. Bidding and Contracts
While Evergreen facilitates the introduction of exclusive contract opportunities, the final selection process and contract terms are strictly between the service provider and the client. Evergreen is not a party to these agreements and assumes no liability for the performance or payment related to such contracts.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our strategic lead generation and proposal development services are outlined in individual service agreements. Please note that Municipal Contract preparation involves additional specified fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Evergreen Business Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our lead generation services or website.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the region.
